About SECCAP.PK
We help students and parents in Sindh understand the SECCAP college admission process in plain, simple language.
Who we are
SECCAP.PK is an independent information website. Every year, thousands of students apply for 11th class (1st Year) admission in Sindh's government colleges through the Sindh Electronic Centralized College Admission Programme (SECCAP). The process has many steps, dates and rules, and the information is often spread across notices, portals and social media.
We bring it together in one place, arranged in the order a student actually needs it: understand the system, check eligibility, prepare choices, apply, track results and finish admission.
What we do
Explain dates and rounds
Clear timelines for every admission round, merit list and claim window.
Simplify eligibility
Group-wise requirements, accepted boards and the documents you must keep ready.
Guide your college choices
Past cut-offs, zone rules and tips for ranking colleges wisely.
Walk you through each step
From registration to fee challan, result, claim and attendance.
Our mission
Our aim is simple: no student should miss a seat because information was hard to find or hard to understand. We write in easy language, avoid jargon, and point students to the portal links they need at each step.
How we keep information useful
Plain language
Short steps and simple sentences that both students and parents can follow.
Regular updates
We revise dates and rounds as new notifications are published.

What we are not
Please note: SECCAP.PK is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the Government of Sindh or the College Education Department (DGCS). We do not process applications, allot seats or collect any fee. Dates, rules and policies can change, so always verify final details against College Education Department (DGCS) notifications before you apply. Never pay anyone to "confirm" a seat.
